The ON Labs project in Zurich is a long-term collaboration that I return to at different stages of the space’s development. I step in when direction needs refining, when design intent must be aligned with operational reality, and when the overall concept needs to work not only visually, but in everyday use.
My role was to support the internal design team in integrating the proposal of an external architectural studio and translating the concept into a coherent, feasible, and long-term solution.
The scope of my work also included full procurement management for 17 floors of workplace environments, including three conference floors.
The project spans a wide range of spatial typologies — workspaces, quiet zones, dining floors, conference areas, and representative parts of the building.
The result is a workplace that supports focus, movement, interaction, and a lasting connection between people and the space.
