Bistro Polepšovna forms part of the wider renewal of Zámek Načeradec — a place where architecture, landscape, and gastronomy are brought into a shared, continuous rhythm.
The bistro was designed to connect everyday life with the historical value of the estate. Rather than creating contrast, the interior draws directly from its surroundings, translating the calm of the adjacent castle park into material choices and atmosphere.
Terrazzo floors, oak furniture, and soft textiles in muted greens, beige, and warm neutral tones create a natural extension of the landscape beyond the windows. The space is grounded and welcoming, allowing food, conversation, and light to take centre stage.
What began as a modest brief evolved into a dialogue between permanence and change — between the quiet weight of history and the freshness of what grows just outside, in the château’s edible garden.
Bistro Polepšovna is built on rhythm, craft, and care. From the menu to the interior, every element follows the same thoughtful, restrained logic.
